The Student Records & Financial Services Center administers the college’s financial aid programs and is the central hub for student accounts and records. The office also handles student employment with the Federal Work-Study Program and the Griffin Employment Program.

ALANA provides African American, Latinx American, Asian American and Native American (ALANA) students with various services that help students to succeed at Canisius and after they graduate. We strive towards the campus community goals of fostering, respecting, and exploring cultural differences. We assist the college in enhancing services for ALANA student communities, and we introduce the entire student population to issues involving cross-cultural patterns, participation in the life of the college, and self-concept concerns. While most services provided are co-curricular, we also serve as a referral and support unit regarding academic, financial, personal, and social matters.

The Academic Achievement team supports students in a variety of ways, including but not limited to, advisement of first year students, still deciding students, transfer students and student-athletes. Professional staff are available for in-person meetings or virtually by email request. All students are welcome to drop-in to the office for any general questions.
